Transferring your ticket

If you can no longer attend Web Summit Qatar and would like to transfer your ticket to a colleague or friend, you can do so here: https://attend.websummit.com/qat27

Steps to transfer your ticket:

• Log in: Access your ticket here: https://attend.websummit.com/qat27 using the email address associated with your booking.

• Select 'Manage': Find the ticket you wish to transfer and click the "Manage" or "transfer ticket" button.

• Enter Details: Input the full name and email address of the person you are transferring the ticket to.

• Confirm: Once you confirm the change, the new attendee will receive an email to claim their ticket, and your original ticket will be deactivated.

Please note: some ticket types cannot be reassigned, including those issued by invite, e.g. Speaker, Media, Investor tickets and those awarded based on merit or by application, e.g. Developer and Scholarship tickets.
