In accordance with the terms and conditions, you can receive a full refund if you request to cancel your ticket within 14 days of booking your ticket. We have a strict no-refund policy after this date.

If you can no longer attend Web Summit Qatar and you are outside of our 14-day refund policy, you are free to change the name on your ticket to a friend or colleague.

Please note: A separate cancellation policy applies to "Flash sale" ticket holders. Tickets bought during any of the advertised flash sales allow for a full refund up until 60 days prior to the event. This does not apply to any other ticket types.
