Here are a couple of quick things to check if you can't access the LiveVoice service:


1. Are you logged in to the correct event?
2. Are you listening to the correct stage?
3. Do you have a stable internet connection?
4. If listening through headphones, are they connected properly? Try making a quick phone call. Some headphones only recognise music apps, not VoIP services such as LiveVoice.
4. In some rare cases, the classic “turn it off and back on” trick might help. Click on the “back” button in the top left and log in again. Or you can try closing the app completely and opening it again.
